Privacy Statement: Customer order information is considered to be confidential. We will never sell customer information for marketing purposes.

Equipment Policy: Equipment sold on WelderSource.com is NEW equipment. We do NOT sell reconditioned equipment. Equipment listed in the demo section will have been used for demonstration purposes only, and comes with the full factory warranty. Equipment listed anywhere on our site other than the Demo section is factory NEW, and comes with full factory warranty.

Fast Delivery Information: Our goal is to ship all orders that are received by 2 PM eastern standard time Monday through Friday the same business day. All in stock items weighing less than 150 pounds will ship no later than the next business day. Orders weighing more than 150 pounds usually ship in 1 business day via common carrier of our choice. Orders received on holidays will be shipped the next business day. Most orders will be delivered to your location within 2-5 business days.

Some items may not be in stock, and will be ordered from the manufacturer when paid for. It usually only takes a few days to ship to you. If an item is backordered you will be notified as such.

Free Delivery Information: All orders over $50.00 qualify for free shipping. Any order under $50.00 will be assessed a $9.75 shipping charge.

All items ordered through WelderSource.com are sent via insured standard ground shipping to the continental United States, unless the item description specifically indicates otherwise. Additional shipping charges apply for next day air, second day air, 3 day select, and shipments to areas outside the continental United States. These additional shipping charges are indicated during the order process, as applicable. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii must ship next day or second day air.

Special request can be made to ship via U.S. Postal Priority mail service for those who have APO addresses. Please notify us at the time or prior to placing the order to obtain a price quote, and to insure the item ships via method of your request.

Shipping charges calculated during checkout for items weighing over 150 pounds are not final. A supplemental freight quote will be required by phone or email. All items weighing over 150 pounds, and other heavy items at our discretion, will ship via common carrier of our choice. We get it to your door. Additional freight charges for residential delivery, lift gates, or other special delivery fees are at buyer's cost.

Shipments to Puerto Rico, Canada, and other International locations will be considered on an item by item basis, only. Please contact us to arrange for a quote. We will not ship Hypertherm items internationally.

Shipping and Risk of Loss: Goods are delivered F.O.B. WelderSource.com's place of business. WelderSource.com does not assume responsibility for damage or loss in transit. In the event of damage or loss in transit then a claim should be initiated with the carrier. WelderSource.com will assist with a claim initiated by the customer, or initiate a claim itself - as appropriate. The customer MUST keep the original packaging and all packing materials. WelderSource.com will NOT ship a replacement item until the carrier's claim process is completed and finalized. If carrier approves the claim and accepts responsibility for the damaged item then WelderSource.com will ship a replacement. If the carrier denies the claim then WelderSource.com will follow our Damage and Defect Policy (see below) - the customer is responsible for shipping charges to return the item to our site.

Sales Tax: Sales tax for U.S. customers is charged to Indiana and Kentucky shipping addresses only, unless otherwise specified.

Refund and Return Policy: We're committed to making you happy! You can return all or part of your order within 10 days of purchase for a complete refund. All items MUST be returned in their original cartons and must be in the same condition as when we shipped it (as determined by our inspection upon receipt). All returns must have a return goods authorization number issued by WelderSource.com in order for a refund to be given. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges to return the item to our site. Exceptions to our 10 day return policy will be considered on a case by case basis. WelderSource.com reserves the right to charge a restocking fee for any returns where the packaging or the item is not in the same condition as when it was shipped to the buyer.

Damage and Defect Policy: A customer may contact WelderSource.com staff about damage or a defect within 10 days of purchase. To process a claim the customer must have the original package and all packing materials. The customer will have the choice to take the damaged/ defective item to an authorized distributor or repair facility for warranty repair, or ship it back to WelderSource.com in exchange for a new item of the same model pending verification of the damage/defect through an inspection by an authorized WelderSource.com technician. If the customer desires an exchange then customer MUST have a return goods authorization number issued by WelderSource.com. The customer is responsible for shipping charges to return the item to our site. A replacement item will not be shipped until the defective item is received and inspected by our staff. WelderSource.com reserves the right to charge a handling/re-stocking fee and/or an additional shipping charges on a replacement item pending outcome of an inspection by an authorized WelderSource.com technician.

Defects detected beyond 10 days from date of purchase must be resolved under the manufacturers factory warranty policy at an authorized distributor or repair facility. The customer is responsible for getting the item to and from the repair facility.

All equipment sold comes with the manufacturer's warranty. This warranty will be honored at authorized distributors and repair facilities. We will assist you with finding facility closest to you.

Payment Policy: Online payment is by Mastercard, Visa, American Express or PayPal.

Orders may be paid in advance by sending a certified check for a phone order for the full amount of the order. The order will be shipped once payment is received. Our mailing address is: P.O. Box 21007, Louisville, KY 40221-0007.

WelderSource.com does not offer financing, does not accept personal checks, does not accept purchase orders, and does not ship Cash on Delivery.

Pricing Policy: WelderSource.com strives to offer the best prices for welding supplies on the Internet. Due to price changes implemented by manufacturers, volume changes, or other factors all prices are subject to change without notice, including our free shipping policy.

Gift Certificates Gift certificates are available through the online store. Upon purchase of a gift certificate the certificate code will be emailed to you so that you can enter that code in the appropriate box during checkout process when placing an order through WelderSource.com.
