AM I ABLE TO SPEAK WITH A LIVE PERSON?
Yes, Weldersource always answers phones with a live person during normal business hours. We may be reached by phone M-F 7:30am to 5:00pm Eastern Time at 1-866-360-WELD(9353).

DO I PAY SHIPPING CHARGES?
All orders over $100 that are shipped to the continental 48 states qualify for FREE standard ground shipping.

Customer is responsible to pay shipping:
     - on all orders below $100,
     - on all orders where upgraded delivery service is selected (i.e. Next Day, Seconday, 3 Day Select, etc.),
     - on all orders over $100 that are shipped outside the continental 48 states, and
     - for any special freight charges like residential, lift gate, signature required, etc.
 
Shipping charges for items weighing less than 150 lbs. will be calculated and applied during the checkout process.   Items weighing over 150 lbs will be shipped via a common carrier of our choice. Charges for shipments OVER 150 lbs. WILL be calculated in real time on your order HOWEVER they must be supplemented via a separate quote via phone or email. Residential, lift gate and other special delivery charges are at buyers cost.  Machines that weigh more than 150 lbs cannot be shipped via Air freight services.

Batteries, magnets and chemicals CANNOT be shipped via air.

US Mail, APO & P.O. Box Shipments: Weldersource does not include US Mail shipments in our "free shipping" offer. Customers providing only a P.O. Box or APO address for shipping will be quoted separately with the additional freight charges. Your order will not be shipped until we have your approval to add the additional freight charge, or are provided with a physical address.

The Free Shipping offer will not apply to any order where cancellations or returns reduce the aggregate amount of purchase to less than $100; Weldersource.com reserves the right to charge applicable shipping costs to any such orders.

WELDERSOURCE DOES NOT ACCEPT ANY INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders for items that are in stock will be shipped the same day if received before 2:00PM eastern. In stock orders received after 2:00PM will be shipped the next business day.  Orders on items that are not in stock will be shipped direct from the supplier or shipped to you once they are received in stock.

CAN I SHIP MY ORDER TO AN ADDRESS OTHER THAN MY BILLING ADDRESS?
Weldersource will ship to an address other than your credit card's billing address. HOWEVER, all orders that are shipping to an address other than the credit card billing address are subject to further proof of identity requirements. Weldersource reserves the right to request a faxed copy of your government issued driver's license AND a faxed copy of your physical credit card. All orders shipping to an address other than your billing address are subject to hold, pending identity verification.

PAYPAL Customers - Weldersource will ship to PayPal verified addresses ONLY.

WILL I BE CHARGED SALES TAX?
Sales tax for U.S. customers is charged to Kentucky and Indiana shipping addresses only.

 
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
Online payment is by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or PayPal. Weldersource only accepts U.S. billed credit cards, and requires both a billing address & Vcode verification in order to accept a credit card. No C.O.D. orders or “purchase orders” are accepted. 

Orders may be paid in advance without a credit card by phoning the order in and then sending a certified check for the full amount of your order. Orders paid by certified check will be held for 3 business days after receiving the payment. The mailing address for all payments is:

CAN I FINANCE MY PURCHASE?
No, Weldersource does not offer any financing or deferred payment plans.

 
DO YOU SELL GIFT CERTIFICATES?
Yes, they may be purchased in $50, $100 and $500 increments. Gift Certificate codes are sent by email only, and will be sent to your recipient immediately upon order. The Gift Certificate must be purchased AND redeemed online only. Gift Certificates cannot be used toward telephone orders or on special order items.

 
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Most orders will be delivered to your location within 3-7 business days via standard ground shipment. Orders placed online will receive email shipping and tracking information.

Air/Express orders that are in stock: Next Day, 2Day, and 3Day Air orders placed before 2pm Eastern time will be shipped the same business day. In stock express orders placed after 2pm ET will be shipped the following business day. Saturday and Sunday ARE NOT business or shipping days.

Express and Ground delivery days are Monday-Friday only. Special arrangements may be made by telephone if you require Saturday delivery.

Example: An order placed on Thursday at 4pm Eastern via Second Day Air will ship on Friday and be delivered on Tuesday.

Money-Back Guarantees will apply according to the policy of the delivery company. Delays caused by circumstances beyond the delivery company's control (weather delays, businesses that are closed, street closings, etc) will be excluded from the Money-Back Guarantee, and the package will be delivered as quickly as possible.

 
DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY DELIVERY?
Weldersource requires signature on high value orders, typically being on order higher than $500, and when shipping to apartments and/or suites. You may request that your delivery signature requirement be waived by entering a special request in the "Comments" section of our order form, or by making a special request by telephone before the order has shipped. Weldersource cannot take responsibility for missing or damaged packages delivered without a signature at the request of the customer.


WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED WHEN I RECEIVE IT?

External damage to all packages must be refused and Weldersource must be contacted immediately. Internal damage must be reported to Weldersource within 10 days of receipt. Damage claims will be refused if the item has been used, is not in original packaging, or was received more than 10 days earlier.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
You can return all or part of your order within 10 days of purchase for a complete refund. All items MUST be returned in their original cartons and must be in the same condition as when we shipped it (as determined by our inspection upon receipt). All returns must have a return goods authorization number issued by Weldersource in order for a refund to be given. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges to return the item to our site. Exceptions to our 10 day return policy will be considered on a case by case basis. Weldersource reserves the right to charge a restocking fee for any returns where the packaging or the item is not in the same condition as when it was shipped to the buyer.

WHAT IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER?
Any problems or concerns that you may have with your order must be reported to Weldersource no later than 10 calendar days after receiving your order. The number of days will begin with the date of delivery as reported by the delivery company used to ship your merchandise. All issues reported after 10 calendar days will be refused.

 
WHAT IF MY MACHINE IS DEFECTIVE?
The customer may contact Weldersource about a defect within 10 days of receipt. The customer will have two choices:

    (1)Take the defective machine to an Authorized Service Facility for warranty repair

    (2)Ship the machine back to Weldersource in exchange for a new machine of the same model. The customer MUST have a Weldersource issued "Return Goods Authorization" number, the machine must be in original packaging, and the customer is responsible for any freight charges back to Weldersource. A new machine will not be shipped until the malfunctioning machine is received and inspected.

Machine defects detected after 10 days of original receipt must be repaired under the manufacturers factory warranty policy at an Authorized Service and Repair Facility. The customer is responsible for transporting his/her machine to and from the service facility.

 
WHAT IF MY WELDING MACHINE NEEDS REPAIR?
All items sold by Weldersource come with full Manufacturer's Warranty.  Warranty's will be honored at authorized  repair/service facilities around the U.S. We will happily help you locate a repair facility nearest you.

 
DO YOU SELL USED EQUIPMENT?
We do not sell any used or reconditioned products, unless the item's description specifically states that the item is used or reconditioned. 

 
DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
Weldersource ships to the 50 United States only. Weldersource only accepts credit cards that have U.S. billing addresses, as we require billing address and VCode verification in order to accept payment.
